Refund policy
For your convenience, we offer our customers the option to return eligible products within 30 days of delivery towards an exchange or store credit.
- Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to “Final Sale” items, "Sets", international orders, accessories, home goods, and any discounted items.
- Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes (including, but not limited to: address changes, adding/removing items, adjusting sizes ordered, honoring a discount code, canceling an order, etcetera).
- PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED. TAILAH OFFICIAL DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY WORN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS AS RETURNS.
Domestic U.S. Returns
- You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label.
- For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit processing upon receiving the returned item(s).
Global-E International Orders
- All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for a return/exchange. If you had an issue with your international order, please contact our customer service team at tailahalicia@gmail.com with your order number.
- Important: Duties and/or customs fees are NOT included in our prices. Tailah Official DOES NOT collect Duty / VAT directly. International customers are responsible to pay Duty and VAT directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. The duties/customs fees associated with your order need to be handled directly at your local customs agency for further process of a refund.
