Nonrefundable Shipping Fees 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipping. All shipping fees are final. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX 

Shipping Promotions

On occasion, Tailah Official offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Tailah Official ships to most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, and DHL for both domestic and international packages.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated at rates based on starting and ending shipment destinations.

The processing time for online orders is 5-7 business days from your order date unless otherwise specified as a "pre-order" item. After that, delivery time within the United States is typically 3-6 days, and 10-20 business days Internationally. Couriers are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 restrictions. Our office hours are 8 am- 5 pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the US courier to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, lost or stolen packages, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

If you have any questions regarding a lost package, please contact us with your order number and we'll get back to you within 24hrs with further instructions!

Undeliverable Packages

Packages undeliverable due to circumstances out of our control by the chosen courier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. Undeliverable packages due to customer neglect by entering an incorrect shipping address, will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. A shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refusing Packages

If you choose to refuse the package and the shipment is returned back to Tailah Official. Shipping & handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT FEES:

COVID-19 UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERIES ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS. WE RECOMMEND SPEAKING TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • International orders take longer to arrive. We kindly ask that you allow 20 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. 
  • A signature might be required by local carriers. If this is the case and you authorize the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature and you cannot locate it, Tailah Official cannot be held accountable if the delivery goes missing.
  • All local customs charges, import duties and local taxes, if applicable, are payable by you on delivery.
  • Please note that some local carriers may not deliver over the weekends.

All international orders are currently shipped from the USA and you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. If there are any customs fees, they will be charged when the shipment reaches the destination country.

Tailah Official DOES NOT collect Duty / VAT directly. International customers are responsible to pay Duty and VAT directly to the carrier at the time of delivery. Please note that the total of your order as displayed at the checkout does not include any of these additional duties. As the customer and importer, you’re liable for all import duties, customs, and local taxes levied by the country you live in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The local carrier will inform you of any additional duties before they deliver the package.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over customs and import tax and we can’t confirm exactly how much you will be charged. Customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you’re in.

Shipping Method & Charges

Tailah Official utilizes the carrier which will deliver your items safely and efficiently while keeping shipping costs as favorable to the customer. International shipments will be sent via our preferred method UPS or DHL. International shipping charges are calculated by dimensional weight and country of destination.
